The nonstick 8 in. stir fry pan features a long-lasting DAKIN etching nonstick coating inside and outside for easy food release or tossing, cleaning, and healthy cooking. The stainless steel cooking pan features a raised-up honeycomb fire textured pattern that forms an outstanding scratch-resistant surface so it is safe to use metal utensils. Nutrichef stainless steel cookware is made with tri-ply composite structure-aluminum core fuses between 2 layers of stainless steel for quick and even heat transfer for even cooking all-around. Oven safe up to 500°F, this professional pan comes with a see-through tempered glass lid with a strong stainless steel rim to seal in heat and moisture. The pan is safe for gas, electric, ceramic, and induction counter cooktops.
